What’s not included in the price:

• Airfare.
• Travel insurance.
• Gratuities for the educator and driver.
• Credit card fees – $131.99 per person for the main trip, $65.01 per person for the pre-trip (apply when making final payment). Participants can pay via wire transfer to avoid the credit card fees.

Payments:

• After registering online, you will be asked to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit. There is a 72-hour grace period to cancel your registration and receive your deposit back.
• The deposits are fully refundable if the trip is canceled due to lack of participants, as long as the trip is canceled before December 7, 2025.
• The registration deadline is December 7, 2025, which is also the final payment deadline.
