TST Beautification Day

Sunday, June 28th

We’d love to see you at a safe distance outside and have you join us to spruce up the campus for when we reopen. We will start at 9am, but we DO need you to RSVP to Social Action at socialaction@templest.org. We will start at 9am and aim for ending around 1pm or 2pm unless we are on a roll. Plus there may be staggered shifts. What you should bring: Water, Lunch (we should have premade and individually wrapped bagels early). Plus any gardening or planting tools (spades, shovels, rakes, tree hand saws, pole trimmers, cultivator rakes, rakes, goggles, string trimmers, work gloves, cutting tools, etc. plastic gloves, masks – still social distancing and being very safe) as we will be planting flowers, weeding, mulching, pruning, thinning bushes and trees, etc. If anyone has a lawn tractor dump cart or a small trailer to pull some supplies around the campus that would be great. We have wheelbarrows but can probably use extra.
