Mindfulness is the awareness that arises when we direct our attention to present moment experiences with compassion and kindness. Mindfulness is an evidence-based practice with many potential benefits; it can help us cope better with all sorts of physical, mental and emotional suffering and can increase our sense of steadiness, resilience and joy.
In each session of 30 minutes, we will explore a short mindfulness practice together, such as sitting meditation and very gentle movement. No prior experience necessary. Sessions will be in the comfort of your own home/office by zoom. A link will be provided upon your registration.
