Begin by editing your profile to add or update any information:

1. Click Account >> My Profile >> View & edit your profile. Then, update each section at the top (Personal, Contact Info, etc.) Click Save Changes to Person.

2. Click Account >> My Family. Then click Edit Your Family and update each section at the top (Adults, Children, etc.) Click Save Changes to Account.

3. Click Account >> Edit My Addresses to make changes to your address information

Add or update your photo:

1. Save a profile-type photo onto your computer in your preferred folder.

2. Log into ShulCloud

3. Click Account >> My Profile >> View and edit my profile

4. At the bottom, find the Picture field, and click Choose File.

5. Upload the photo from your hard disk.

Click Save Changes to person. Each adult must upload their own photo.

Important Note Regarding the Membership Directory and your Privacy:

Transparency and your privacy are paramount to all of us. All Temple members will be automatically included in the Membership Directory within the app and within the temple Shulcloud site. This will allow other members to find your basic contact information (name, phone number or email, depending on your current member directory settings).

If you prefer not to include all of your information, or any specific information, in the Membership Directory, you will have the option to adjust your privacy settings within your ShulCloud profile before the app is launched. Just follow the directions:

Opt-In or Opt Out of Sharing any information 

1. Click Account >> My Profile >> Edit my directory listing. Select Show or Hide your entire account in the directory.

2. You may also select fields to show or hide (Email, Address, Phone, etc.) for any member of your family. Don’t forget to click Save Changes.
