Zoom Yoga for Elul

Tuesday, September 1st, 2020 – through – Tuesday October 6th, 2020

Class start at 10am and run 50 minutes

Elul Yoga with Judy Fuhrer

Zoom Yoga classes for Elul and the High Holidays through Simchat Torah. A Return to Ourselves – through at home yoga connections together. Zoom Kabbalah themed yoga classes

Elul is a month of reflection.Life is change, there is no perfect fixed state of being. There is no perfect way to do a yoga pose. We are not the same every day.  Each new moment is a time to discover, a way to return to yourself to show up and really listen to your soul and what is happening in your world.  Make room for being able to realign yourself, body, mind and soul.  In one day we can experience both joyous and devastating moments. Gaining mindfulness not only helps in relieving stress, it also helps us to experience a sense of wonder and delight. We will use breath work, subtle adjustments to our thoughts and movements for a new perspective. We are working toward being more aware and caring to ourselves, others and to connect spiritually daily.

Equipment – a yoga mat, & if available – 2 yoga blocks, a strap, a blanket or a towel & a chair without arms.

Payment- Pay it forward.  Help to better our world – Tzadakah and Tikun olam

With Shalom, Judy Fuhrer 914-319-4079 Jazrunyoga@gmail.com website:  JazrunYoga.com
