Kabbalah Yoga

Kabbalah Yoga with Judy Fuhrer- Purim to Pesach- a transitional time... Unwind your day with Kabbalah yoga. Stretch, breathe and connect to your Jewish soul. Enjoy a gentle yoga class, relax into a wonderful peaceful evening.
Anyone can join all levels of fitness are invited. Modifications will be offered as needed.
Equipment to bring if available; a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a strap, two blankets or large towels and a chair (A folding chair would work well).
