DESCRIPTION:Our clay Kalaniot creation and painting effort has been a wonderful and creative endeavor. We will be planting our Kalaniot at TST and dedicating our garden during the second day of Rosh Hashanah\, around 10:15am. \nEnhance your family’s participation by honoring those killed or captured on October 7th with a yellow ribbon tied around a Kalanit. \n$54 per flower or for a donation of $300 or more\, you can adorn a bushel of 6 flowers with your family’s name. \n100% of the proceeds will be donated to IMPJ\, The Israel Movement for Reform and Progressive Judaism (The URJ in Israel) who are helping those displaced from the North and South due to the war. \nClick Here to Donate

DESCRIPTION:Calling all Sandwich makers\, whether individually or as a group\, make sandwiches to be delivered to both the Community Center of Northern Westchester and Broadway Manor. \nWe have a driver who delivers to Broadway Manor (Yonkers) on Tuesdays. DESCRIPTION:UPDATE as of 9/23/24: We have a full roster of drivers for this season!\nTHANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE RAISED YOUR HAND TO HELP! \nLooking to expand our roster of SUPPLEMENTAL drivers to fill in when our team of drivers need support.\n \n\nNorthern Westchester \nDrivers needed to deliver kosher food two Thursdays per month (after 11am – timing is flexible) to families in northern Westchester. Perfect for teens/adults looking to make a difference for a homebound senior. You can commit to once or twice per month.  \nGroceries are delivered by Hope Community Services to Shaaray Tefila where drivers pick them up from the kitchen. Drivers can expect to deliver both shelf stable and refrigerated goods to 1-3 families in the area.
