DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to announce an exciting way to further connect and build relationships among our Temple community: the upcoming launch of the Temple Shaaray Tefila Mobile App! This user-friendly app for iPhone or Android will put everything you need to stay connected with our Temple right at your fingertips. You will be able to access our calendar\, register for events\, pay temple fees and more. We will launch in late April. \nWe encourage you to update your profile and add a photo before we launch. See the instructions below.  \nThe app contains a comprehensive Membership Directory. The directory is password protected\, so only members may access it. We envision the directory helping class parents\, encouraging new friendships and connections\, and assisting staff and clergy better recognize our members. \nTo ensure our Membership Directory is accurate and complete for the app’s launch\, we kindly request you update your profile and add a picture by April 25th. Here’s how you do that:  \nTo update your profile on a desktop computer (not yet available on the app)\, navigate to: https://shaaraytefila.shulcloud.com/member  \n(Note: If you don’t recall your ShulCloud password\, there’s a link to reset it.) \nYou can follow the instructions below to update your information. We’ve also created a handy video for you to follow. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBegin by editing your profile to add or update any information: \n1. Click Account >> My Profile >> View & edit your profile. Then\, update each section at the top (Personal\, Contact Info\, etc.) Click Save Changes to Person. \n2. Click Account >> My Family. Then click Edit Your Family and update each section at the top (Adults\, Children\, etc.) Click Save Changes to Account. \n3. Click Account >> Edit My Addresses to make changes to your address information \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAdd or update your photo: \n1. Save a profile-type photo onto your computer in your preferred folder. \n2. Log into ShulCloud \n3. Click Account >> My Profile >> View and edit my profile \n4. At the bottom\, find the Picture field\, and click Choose File. \n5. Upload the photo from your hard disk. \nClick Save Changes to person. Each adult must upload their own photo. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nImportant Note Regarding the Membership Directory and your Privacy: \nTransparency and your privacy are paramount to all of us. All Temple members will be automatically included in the Membership Directory within the app and within the temple Shulcloud site. This will allow other members to find your basic contact information (name\, phone number or email\, depending on your current member directory settings). \nIf you prefer not to include all of your information\, or any specific information\, in the Membership Directory\, you will have the option to adjust your privacy settings within your ShulCloud profile before the app is launched. Just follow the directions: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOpt-In or Opt Out of Sharing any information  \n1. Click Account >> My Profile >> Edit my directory listing. Select Show or Hide your entire account in the directory. \n2. You may also select fields to show or hide (Email\, Address\, Phone\, etc.) for any member of your family. Don’t forget to click Save Changes. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will be having “App Launch” events including a zoom session\, and at specific Temple events we will take your picture and upload it with you. Watch for these in the newsletter. \nWe believe our new mobile app and its Membership Directory will be a valuable asset to our Temple community\, fostering connection and making it easier than ever to stay informed and involved. If you notice any errors in your directory information that you can’t edit\, please contact the office so we can assist you. \nThank you for your cooperation in updating your profile by April 25th.
