Shabbat

Friday Night Shabbat

Each month we offer an array of Shabbat worship experiences that vary in their content but are united in their celebration of Jewish liturgy, culture and values. All services are followed by an Oneg Shabbat, an opportunity to meet and mingle with other congregants.

First Friday Evening of Each Month:

6:00pm—TOT SHABBAT SERVICE: Through music, storytelling and interactive participation, we lay the foundation for rich Jewish identity among our children. All are welcome, but this experience is designed for youngsters (ages three through seven) and their families.

6:30pm—Tot Shabbat is followed by a pizza & pasta dinner at 6:30pm. $20 per family.

8:00PM: “FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE” is a music-oriented service featuring the music of Sheba and cantorial soloist Shiree Kidron. The service is followed by an Oneg Shabbat, an opportunity to meet and mingle with other congregants.

8:00PM—SHABBAT FORUM is an abbreviated worship service is followed by a compelling program or guest speaker geared especially to adults of our congregation.
