Lifelong Learning | Overview Lifelong Learning
Temple Shaaray Tefila is proud to offer one of the most vibrant and engaging community education programs in the country, with five education professionals on staff, in addition to our clergy, one of whom holds an advanced degree in education. We offer exciting learning opportunities for children and adults alike. Our early childhood center helps pre-school children get a head-start on life and Judiasm, and our religious school serves upward of 600 children as they learn about Reform Judaism. After bar/bat-mitzvah, many of our students remained involved in our upper school or one of our many youth programs. We are the only synagogue in the North East to offer the services of a resident scholar, who works with the clergy and other professionals to create an active culture of adult learning. Whatever you're interested in learning, you'll find a community here who wants to study it with you. |
