Jewish Life
The Jewish Life Committee ensures that our worship services, Jewish holiday observances, music and liturgy reflect our
Temple ’s values and philosophy. This committee meets with the Rabbinate and staff to coordinate and provide meaningful holiday celebrations and observances. If you are interested in ritual, celebration, music and worship, contact Danny Pearson.
An Invitation from the Jewish Life Committee to Read from the Torah: Reading from the Torah is an ancient and sacred Jewish tradition. On behalf of the congregation, the Ritual Committee wishes to honor congregants by calling individuals, couples or families to the Bimah to read from the Torah in English or Hebrew to mark a special life cycle event, remember a family member, or enhance observance of the Sabbath. If you would like to celebrate an event or remember a loved one, please include the congregation in your celebration or remembrance by reading from the Torah or reciting a blessing at a Friday evening service. Contact the main office, 666-3133. Back
