Our Community | Committees Membership The Membership Committee’s primary missions are to recruit and welcome new members into our community, and invigorate and energize our existing congregants so that each individual can find a comfortable place for him/herself at Temple Shaaray Tefila, whether it be religious, spiritual, community-action oriented, educational or social. Committee members work together to plan prospective member open houses and new member coffees with the Rabbis, as well as planning new member Shabbat services and programs to spur the interest of specific groups of congregants. Energetic and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy event planning, are creative, and would like to welcome new people into our community are invited and encouraged to join us!
